Ordering

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Healthxchange Ireland is easy. Simply log-in to your account, go to Stock Orders, add products to your Cart. Once you have what you need, go into your Cart and Check Out.

Can I see an order history?

Yes. Once you are logged in, all previous orders placed on your account with show in your My Account page.

Can I Pay online?

Yes. Healthxchange Ireland accepts all major Credit and Debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I still order the same range of products?

Yes you can. To inquire about a certain product please email Customer Services at orders@healthxchange.ie.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once payment has been processed & your order is shipped, you will receive an electronic invoice.

How do I change my delivery address after submitting the order?

Unfortunately, you can't modify delivery addresses online after submitting the order. To change any details in the order, simply contact us and we will do our best to amend any details as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you must be an approved account holder with Healthxchange Ireland first, in order to register and log into our website. Once you have been approved as an account holder, you can register online to access our webshop.

Delivery

What are the delivery charges for orders from Healthxchange Ireland?

We offer the following options and prices: 

  • DPD Standard Next Day Nationwide: Ambient €11, Cold Chain €15.
  • SecuriSpeed Same Day (Dublin Area): €37.
  • Free Standard Next Day Delivery on orders containing €500 net Skincare. 
  • Free Standard Next Day Delivery on all other orders over €3k net. 

How long will delivery take?

For Standard Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed and paid for before 3pm between Mon-Thurs, will be delivered the next working day between 9am-7pm.  

Medicinal orders placed on Thursday after 3pm or on Friday will be despatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday unless Same Day (Dublin) option is requested for Friday. 

For Same Day Delivery (Dublin Only): Orders placed and paid for before 12pm will be delivered the same day. 

Whilst over 99% of orders are delivered next day Monday to Friday, delays may occur in certain situations and we always recommend ordering in advance of any planned clinic to ensure no impact to your work. 

Can I collect my order?

Of course, you can order and collect from our premises based in Dublin 12, collection available Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm (1-2 hours’ notice is appreciated).

Can I track my order?

For Standard Next Working Day Deliveries, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched, DPD will also send a 2-hour delivery window by text or email to the phone number and email address provided when placing the order. This is an estimate only.

Do I need to sign for my delivered order?

Yes, all of our deliveries must be signed for and orders cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour due to the type of products contained with our deliveries.

What happens if there’s an issue with my delivery?

We take great care to ensure your order is packed safely. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 2 working days, provide detailed photos, videos, and batch number. Please keep all products and packaging, as this helps us resolve the issue. We’ll get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.

Returns

Can I return medicinal or medical device product for a refund?

We only accept returns on damaged or faulty products, reported to us within 2 working days of receiving the order with detailed photos, videos, and batch number.

Can I exchange a product I ordered in error?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges.  If you need a different product, please enquire first about returning the original product for a refund (not all products are eligible for return) and then place a new order for the desired product.
